A. Yes. Whenever there is a response to your requirements an email alert is sent to you by PGHostels.co.in. You can also choose the option of SMS alert when you post your requirements.

Q. Do you charge for registering with PGHostels.co.in?
A. There is a small one-time registration fee of Rs. 99 for the registration with PGHostels.co.in. Later you can avail all the facilities provided by PGHostels.co.in absolutely free.

Q. Can I cancel a PG?
A. If you cancel a PG before 7 days of date of checkin, Rs. 300 will be deducted from your paid amount and you will get refund of the balance. If you cancel PG within 7 days of checkin date, no amount will be refunded.

Q. How can you help me if after moving to a PG, I don’t find it satisfactory?
A. We can help you in case you don’t like a PG by finding a new PG in the same locality.
